    • 1. They had a shoe shop in North Road, Brighton, Sussex, England.

      2. Maria Bush married George Humphrey Waters in 1852 in LOndon. ONe of their children was Sarah Jane Waters, born 1857, and the ohter one was George Humphrey Waters born 1962. Older George Humphrey died in 1862.

      Maria then married William Herbert Wells in 1863 in London. They had no children as far as we know. Maria died in 1875 after the family moved to Brighton. They had a shoe shop in North road, Brighton. It is assumed that Sarah Jane was living in the house with her mother and step-father. When Maria died, William married Sarah Jane Waters in 1876 in Brighton and they had 10 children.
